Are their multiple week discounts? Yes, call for rates.

When do rental weeks start & end? Most homes are Saturday to Saturday rentals.  Island home is Sunday to Sunday, Houseboats are flexible.

What time is check-in & check-out?
Check in is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 9:00 am

How do get the keys?
The address of our homes and directions are explained on your rental agreement

Do you take pets?
On a case by case basis, please call to discuss

Is smoking allowed?
Our homes are smoke free, thank you for your cooperation.

Are there fences between the homes & the water? No

Where do you fly into?
Most people fly into Miami Airport., however Fort Lauderdale & West Palm airports are also good choices.  Key West & Marathon have an airport, check with your carrier for possible connections.

How far is Marathon from Miami? 
Approximately 100 miles.

Is there parking?
Each house has off street parking for 2 cars and 1 trailer, maximum of 3 vehicles

How far is the island from shore?
About 1/2 mile north of home, about a 5 minute boat ride.  The island is in the Gulf of Mexico.

How do I get to the island from shore? 
An outboard boat is provided along with operation instructions from our boat manager.

What kind of boat is provided? 
A four to five passenger outboard skiff with 25hp electric start Yamaha motor or the equivalent.  Plus one and two person kayaks.

Is there a dock? 
The 2 bedroom shore home has a 100 ft. of deepwater dock.  This private island also has a deepwater doe. Both docks are about 7 feet deep at high tide.

Is the island private? 
The island is private for your exclusive use only and is included at no extra charge with the 2 bedroom vacation rental package.

Is there a public boat launch nearby?
Yes, small boat launch available about 1/4 mile away, large boat launch available behind Marathon Airport. 

What is the bed layout?
The 4 bedroom/ 2 bath has 2 queens, a double and 2 twins.  The 4 bedroom/ 4 bath has 3 queens and 1 double.

Is there a dock? 
Both homes have an approximate 100 ft. dock

Is there a sandy beach?  Most of the Key's shoreline is coral. The backyards of both 4 bedroom homes have natural beach sand.  The floor of the gulf is sandy.  The Cabana Club also has a sandy beach.

How many kayaks?
2 kayaks are available for each home, but if more are needed please let us know.

Is there a boat launch nearby?
Yes, small boat launch available about 1/4 mile away, large boat launch available behind Marathon Airport..

What is the bed layout?
5 queens, 2 doubles and 2 twins.

Is there a dock?
Each home has its own 100 ft. dock.
