    Practical For The Price

    At this home is what exactly what I expected. The home is on the water and very quite the view from the top balcony you can see the ocean and I saw a school of mantis come in to the canal. The house it self is up to date and very modern with nice TV and Wi-Fi. I have enjoyed my stay here and plan to stay again . Management is very helpful as well as the people at there home office booking was fast and easy . I will be back ...

    Loved It So Much I' M Considering Buying This Property!

    A very nice canal-side property along Us-1. Just seconds away from our favorite Sweet Treat Shop, "Sweet Savannah's"! A short walk to shopping, restaurants and local hot spots! If we didn't want to sit out on the balcony along the canal, the property is close enough to walk to for watching the aquatic & wild life from the Vaca Cut bridge! (The bridge we call "ours", because it is our favorite walking path!) :) The property is zoned commercial/residential/marina and we stayed here because we are hoping to make this our home in the very near future! We love the Keys! Can't wait to move my business here & also make this our home!
