Waterfront Home

4 Bedroom 4.5 Bathroom Gulf Front Estate on 15 Acres with Heated Swimming Pool, Beach, Kayaks

Property License/Registration #: N/A
This unique, 15 acre, private open water estate has everything for your unforgettable Florida Keys vacation. This 2 story, 5000 square foot home has 4 large bedrooms that all have their own private bath. There are a total of 4.5 bathrooms in the house. This house comfortably sleeps 9 in the bedrooms alone. The high ceilings, spacious rooms, extensive porch and large windows effectively erase the line between inside and out, but, at the flick of a switch, air conditioning offers complete comfort as needed. The sunrises looking back over the Seven Mile Bridge toward Marathon are breath-taking. The house is comfortably furnished as shown in the pictures. It has a very well equipped kitchen and enough bedrooms & bathrooms to accommodate even a large extended family. If you need even more bedrooms, we have a vacation rental right down the road in 3 acres. There are two 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes and a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage for a total of 7 additional bedrooms. This vacation rental sleeps 18 people.

There are plenty of recreational activities for the family without leaving the property. Relax in the private heated swimming pool, play basketball, play volleyball in the private sand volleyball court, take a walk on the private trails or use our kayaks to explore nearby mangrove islands. There is a dock with electricity, water and a fish cleaning table available with space for up to two 27' boats. Children and adults alike will enjoy watching the key deer grazing on the lawn. Key Deer are the smallest Whitetail Deer in the world. There are only around 1000 left in the world in the wild and most are right in Big Pine.

It is only a 35 minute drive to Key West if you want to go out for a night on the town. We highly recommend getting to Mallory Square for the ‘Key West Sunset Celebration’ (Click Here to see the video). After that, take a stroll down Duval Street and check out the famous Sloppy Joes, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, The Hard Rock Café, the Smallest Bar in the World, The Key Lime Pie Factory and much, much, more…

The land is as spacious as the house which was very well kept and designed. The master bedroom is right next to the Kitchen- Dining - Living Room area. The other three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are on the other side. The pool is not as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was a refreshing escape from the heat!
The kayaks were used several times to explore the little islands and to look for Iguanas and Key Deer. Every time I looked at the volleyball court, I wished my team were staying here as well. Only thing missing at the house was books. I always carry too many with me on vacations (I got stopped at security on the way back), but I always enjoy perusing other house's book collections.
The house is 30 minutes from Key West, so we made a few trips into town. I always love going to the Key West Butterfly Conservatory, and I treated myself to Nailtini on Duval St. I got a Mani-Pedi and 3 Mimosas! We had dinner at Azur, and it was amazing (Lavender Crème Brule was the best).

More Locally, we had a nice dinner and game of mini-golf at Boondocks. We also ate several times at Springer's.

Thanks for a great family vacation!

    Wonderful Rental

My family and I have been making annual trips to the Keys for over 10 years. Each year we stay in a different location, but we have found a keeper with this rental. Michelle was a pleasure to work with from day 1. The rental is a beautiful estate. We especially loved everyone having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. My children (ages 3 & 7) enjoyed petting the key deer every morning and every evening. The pool was a huge hit and the biggest of any rental we've been in so far. The house was very clean and I was extremely impressed with the amenities that the house was stocked with. My family and I will be back next year!!! Thanks for everything!

    Stress Free

Our family of 4 stayed in the new house with open floor plan, bedrooms on opposite sides and great kitchen with all new appliances. Views from bedrooms, kitchen, and balcony looks out over bay, mangrove islands, and new 200 foot boat dock. From the end of the dock we caught jacks, mangrove snappers, grunts, porgys, etc. using cut bait; hose and fillet table included. Within a mile of grocery, liquor, church, bait shops, gas, etc. Street has no traffic. No Name key and pub a short drive. County park is also close on the end of Sand St. Every morning and evening key deer would forage along the driveway. Red-headed woodpeckers visit as well. A completely stress-free and secluded environment (forested land on two sides, ocean front on third). Can't even see the one neighboring house. Kayaking to the closest mangrove island only 2/3 miles away. This is the place to enjoy the Keys lifestyle away from the tourist crowds. Brand new pool too!
