This beautifully furnished and landscaped property is centrally located in the Florida Keys, and features a host of amenities complete with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Conveniently located on 121st Street, Gulf just past Mile Marker 54 in Marathon Florida, also known as the “Heart of the Keys”, this private 2700 square foot vacation home is ideally located for all the amazing things the Florida Keys have to offer.

Furnished in a comfortable Spanish style, the vacation home offers a nice open feeling with decorative tile throughout.  There are 3 bedrooms with a private bath and the 4th bedroom has a bathroom right out in the hall. There are TV’s, DVD Players, Satelite TV, a stereo and more for entertainment within the house.

Outdoors, water enthusiasts can choose between kayaking, snorkeling around the 100 foot private dock or lounging at the swimming pool. Plenty of room at the dock for boats and you can fish right from the dock as well.  You can sunbathe on the sandy shoreline, grill your fresh caught seafood, or just enjoy the great Keys weather while outdoors. 

Families and large groups will love the large, open kitchen. Please note. This home can be rented with the 4br home located directly next door. This home is also legal to accommodate 10 people.   • Non-Holiday weeks – $2,995

  • Mini-Lobster Week  –  $5,500
  • Opening week of Lobster Season  – $5,500

  • Second week of Lobster Season  – $4,550
    Lobster Season always runs August 6th – March 31st
  • Thanksgiving – $3,650
  • Christmas – $5,850
  • New Years – $5,500

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund less a $100 administrative fee if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
