Experience the tranquil Gulf waters from the unique perspective of your own floating home – docked at your own beautiful, private tropical island off the coast of Marathon in the middle of the fabulous Florida Keys!

Your 38 foot houseboat is docked at your very own Private Island. You receive free exclusive use of your tropical island for camping, picnicking, kayaking, lounging, sunning, snorkeling adventures and so much more. Included is a 17 foot center console boat powered by a Yamaha, 50 hp, 4 stroke, motor. This private island is truly a get away from it all.

The exposed ancient fossilized reef island is beautifully landscaped with trails meandering throughout. You can enjoy strolling the paths through the mangrove trees, fishing from the docks, kayaking or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters around your island. We provide a grill and picnic tables for your tropical picnics as well as several hammocks to enjoy the tropical breezes off the Gulf waters. Your island and houseboat is located in a private bay off a nature preserve. There are no homes along the shoreline of the cove, ensuring the utmost privacy and solitude. You are only a short 5 minute boat ride away from Marathon. Marathon is a fully functioning, family-friendly community with 2 major grocery stores, dive shops, hospital, museums, airport, great shopping and numerous restaurants along with tourist attractions.

Your Florida Keys houseboat and island vacation getaway includes a 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom houseboat which sleeps 6 guests. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom. Real adventure seekers are welcome to pitch a tent on one of the two large covered platforms on the island. Your houseboat will offer you a comfortable home base for your Florida Keys activities – the perfect place to kick off your shoes, lay back and relax. Your power comes from a generator on the island and your water from tanks on the houseboat.
